The Food Freedom & Flourish Group Coaching Program is an immersive 10 Week course for those who want to overcome disordered eating and achieve food freedom. The program is for those ready to learn, apply my principles to finding freedom with food and make peace with their bodies.

Hey, I’m Ciandra.

You might know me from my Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube but if not, welcome. I am so happy you are here. I am an eating disorder recovery coach and nutritional advisor that helps individuals overcome their eating disorders and embrace a fulfilled life. Flourish with Ciandra was created to help women shift their deep-rooted negative beliefs about food and their bodies, heal their relationship with food, and find body acceptance. Ultimately my mission is to help others live a life of food and body freedom so they can focus on living their lives to the FULLEST.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Ensuring inclusivity is of utmost importance to me. The group program welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of body type, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, ability status, or past experiences. I acknowledge that each individual's relationship with food is distinct and personal. While you may initially experience feelings of comparison, such emotions are a normal part of the recovery journey. My aim is to support you in finding a sense of belonging within our community, regardless of your circumstances.

  • Each module contains 60-90 minutes of audio content, with additional time required for self-reflection.

  • No problem! Recordings of each session are provided in case you ever miss one or want to revisit them. These recordings are only shared with members. We take your privacy very seriously and require all members to sign a contract that includes confidentiality.

  • A stable WiFi connection is required to attend live sessions via video call and access online content.

  • Course participants can purchase extra private coaching sessions at a reduced rate, individually or in bulk.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to limited spots in the program. If you are unsure if the program is right for you, please schedule a call with us before signing up.

  • 100% Yes! All enrollment options can be paid either upfront or on a payment plan. You can either pay in full or an extended 12-week payment so you can easily sign up for the option that best suits your budget.

  • Calls are Sunday 7 pm GMT running from August 20th, weekly for 10 weeks.

    They are recorded for your convenience in case you miss one, so you can watch the replay at a time that suits you.

  • Absolutely :) The beauty of virtual connection! Wherever you are in the world, if you have wifi, you can enrol!

  • Once the program ends, you will have access to all course materials for 3 months after the program ends.

  • If Ciandra has open spots, yes. However, Tier 2 has a limited number of spots, so there is no guarantee that there will be availability for you to upgrade. If you are wondering what tier to go with, you can always contact Ciandra to discuss your specific situation.

  • I run a new group coaching cohort once a quarter. If you are not ready to join now, you can always put your name on the waitlist for the next round.

  • While I can confidently attest to the proven success of this course, if you are considerably worried about this program working for you, I recommend starting with the Eating Disorder Recovery Workbook. This workbook will allow you to dip your toes in—100% risk-free.
