WHY CIANDRA?
Do you want to want to work towards achieving a healthy relationship with yourself, food and body image so you can live a fulfilled life?
As someone who has gone through my own journey of recovery from Anorexia Nervosa, I now have the opportunity to help others who are struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and poor body image. When I was at the bottom, I felt like there was no way out from the constant guilt and shame around food and my body. But through 10 years of sustained recovery, I've developed a loving relationship with food, my body, and exercise.
Now, I use my own experience to guide others who are also struggling. I offer remote coaching sessions on video call using a range of therapeutic methods, drawing on my own experience to provide key insights through a combination of therapeutic and coaching skills. With weekly coaching sessions, meal planning, and a range of tools, I'm able to offer support throughout the eating disorder recovery journey.
